 Margaret (coffee and water, omelet with avocado, tomato well done sauteed onions) meets Jen Fessler (cheeseburger - medium well and chocolate shake) where she talks about Joe's health and finds out about the lawyer meeting about how Teresa thinks Marge is the worst ever.  Marge later iconically sends funeral flowers to Teresa's house during the meeting.
