All the ladies have dinner at a burlesque restaurant (Gizelle and Katie - dream walking, Cheree - champagne, crab ball, tuna tartar, sea bass, short ribs, scallops for the table) for Karen's birthday.   Later in the episode Karen infamously schools Gizelle about sitting in the wrong seat at the party.
